"I exhibited my works at the National Gallery" will soon hold the same prestige as "I sold my works as NFTs."

This week, while I was back at my drawing table, I received an unexpected question: “Are they available as NFTs?” Of course, I’ve gotten similar questions before, but they typically came from scammers.
This time, however, it was from someone I knew well.

This conversation took place against the backdrop of another dialogue I had with a girl who told me she hasn’t been able to sell her art on canvas for two years.

NFTs are an opportunity for artists. It’s another way to interact with an audience and monetize creativity. I don’t quite understand why traditional artists are so hesitant to believe in it.

At the same time, NFTs can be a challenge.

Selling NFTs is often even harder than selling traditional artwork.

And so we live… or rather, we survive.
